The sun has yet to rise as I sit here and meditate on God’s faithfulness and goodness.  He is so faithful, and yes, He is so good.

He has and He will always – seek to teach us the way of faith.  And yes, in this training of faith life, there must be room for the trial of faith, the discipline faith requires, the patience that comes with faith  and yes, the courage that it takes to keep pressing on in faith.

Often it takes many many stages passing through before we actually realize what’s at the end of this thing called faith – and that sweet friends, is simply – the victory of faith.

Our lives develop through this discipline.  We make our request to God, and yes, even if the answer does not come when we want it to come – we keep on believing in His Word, while all the while, never moving away from it by what we see, or even, by what we feel.

As we stand firm, power within is being made.  When we stand unmoved – power and experience is making us stronger than we’ve ever been before.

What we must stay mindful to remember – when He’s spoken of His purpose, and yet, the days go on and He doesn’t do it – it’s hard, sometimes it’s really hard. Oh but friends, it’s that “keeping the faith”  that brings us into an awareness of Him,  which would otherwise be impossible.

So yes, today is a special day – lives are being changed, families are being reunited, and friends are being healed.

I don’t know about you, but for me – there’s nothing, absolutely nothing, I would rather see or feel than the joy of a faithful friend being honored and moved by His everlasting and faithful love.

We are loved by love Himself.  He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period
