Be Kind, and then – Be Kinder

While all the while remember that everyone we meet is battling something.  The struggle is real.  We get up, and yes, we do the best we can, but at times, we stumble.  Someone says something mean or totally uncalled for, and yes, we snap back.

Unfortunately, many times we do both before thinking it through, and when we do think it through – we realize how insignificant the situation really was, and yes, how ridiculous we acted.

Being mean and saying ugly things about others at anytime – is totally uncalled for and certainly not of God.

In every situation we face, there are channels to go through that will take our grievance to the person it needs to be directed to, that is, after we practice the 24 hour rule.

Friends, this is a hard time for so many – our service industry is stressed to the max.  Our business owners are fervently praying that we’ll be here and open once this has all passed, and yes, our visitors feel the same way in their own world.

Again – the struggle is real, and yes, we all, on every side, have to be patient, kind, and yes, more understanding then ever before.

If we aren’t doing all we can to make this happen, then no, we aren’t doing what God has made us to do.  We are a body and we need all of the parts of this body to keep moving productively – with the mindset, that yes, we’re all in this together and together we will make it though.

Bottom line – we are loved by love Himself.  He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period

“We put no stumbling block in anyone’s path, so that our ministry will not be discredited. Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses… in purity, understanding, patience and kindness in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love..”   2 Corinthians 3-6
