Mindfulness – the state or quality of being mindful or aware of something.Mindfulness allows us to blossom in our faith – it’s organic and fluid and it allows us to connect more deeply to God.

When we practice mindfulness we minimize thinking about what’s going on around us and we focus more on our faith and the importance it holds in our lives.

Being mindful simply provides us the strength we need to literally grab hold of our faith and bask in His incredible loveOh and what a love that is!

We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
