Our spiritual journey, like everything we do – begins with a single step.
Strangely enough – those things that lead to the highest and most fulfilling life, often begins with discontent, however – we know that there’s more than it seems on the surface.
So yes – we get motivate and we get excited – our pain subsides, and we breathe a sign of relief – while forgetting all about that spiritual search. And then, in a short amount a time that discontent shows up again and off we go searching all over again.
Oh but then – we hit the jackpot.
For yes – we’ve now grown to understand and accept that our discontent is helpful insight – for the truth is – unhappiness is evidence that there’s something bigger and better available to us.
That discontent that we feel is simply calling us – to rise up and open the door to receive Gods gift – it’s not a curse – it’s the door to a greater good.
So yes – let’s open it up – let’s enjoy the ride.
