On the fifth day of Christmas my True Love gave to me –
“Five Golden Rings.”
And those five golden rings – they represent the first Five Books of the Old Testament – Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy.
Which gives us the history of humanity’s sinful failure, along with God’s response of grace – in the creation of a people to be a light to the world.
He takes us ordinary people – and, uses us to share His message to people who need Him.
When we share our faith, we spread His light, and yes sweet friends – we were saved to shine!
So no – we can’t hide our testimony or be ashamed to take our belief anywhere we go.
We don’t have to be afraid – we can in all we do, let others know – we love Jesus.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven” Matthew 5:14-16
