Learning forgiveness – it’s powerful, and yes, I for one am ever so grateful for this fact.

The truth is – the only people that can really hurt us are the people we love, and yes – we find this happens quite often.

We hurt each other.

Yet, when we sit and thing about it – most of the time we’ll find that it’s rarely done on purpose, and yes – it’s often done through simple negligence.

But those hurts – they’re still there, and yes, they’ll linger and hang on as long as they can until we make that conscience effort to seek forgiveness.

Forgiveness is the essence of love that can understand mistakes, and then – mend them.

Some people won’t accept this or accept us – it’s much easier to shut one another out and pretend nothing happened or – just hold a grudge and play the blame game.

Think about how miserable it would be if God, who commands forgiveness – didn’t forgive us.

So yes, as His children – we learn to forgive – we learn to love again – we learn to move forward – we learn to understand each other, and yes, we learn to communicate with one other out of love and respect.

We even learn to support each other out of this crazy and powerful love – no matter the size of the mistake – whether big or small, the truth is – we’ve all done them all.

We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period

“Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another forgive as the Lord forgave you” Colossians3:13
