To be “mindful” – “conscious or aware of something” while “focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, especially as part of a therapeutic or meditative technique”
This tells us that mindffulness is an important task in our day.
It keeps us aware of the people around us and the person we are inside – God included in both.
Friends, we can live abundantly when we pay attention to our life, when we lean into our experience with curiosity and acceptance.
When we’re with ourselves “as we are” – we find that we’re okay exactly “as we are”
Afterall – we’re made in His image and that is the image I personally am humbled to follow.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
“And as they continued to ask him, he stood up and said to them, “Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.” John 8:7
