Yesterday was a busy and challenging day for Team GBC – we moved an event with a big setup back 24 hours.
Our bride wanted a beach wedding. And because of what we didn’t know the weather would do today – we said yes, yesterday morning, to shift gears and moved the day.
Not only did we shift gears, so did our floral team 1920 & Co.and our musician DJ Chris, plus our friend and team player,
Diane Parham Barron Blooming Buds 30A pitched in to help.
It goes without saying, our Grayton Beach Catering Chefs and Servers are fantastic and simply roll with the flow.
We do all our own rentals and set up – so trust me when I say, our Set Up Team – they worked so hard to not only get this event set up, but also, set up the others we had booked as well.
“Team Work – Makes the Dream Work” – that’s what they say, and yes, it’s so true. We could have never pulled this off without a dedicated “full” team to make it happen.
So this morning I say thank you – thank you Lord for providing us with the health and strength to make it through each day, with the work that allows us all to get through this 2020 time, and yes, especially for the people who like us – love what we do.
A special thank you to my assistant and dear precious friend, Melinda – you’re a trooper and the hardest and most dedicated soul I know – thank you for the love.
