It’s when we learn to take ourselves more lightly that we’ll find – instead of carrying the burden of self importance and the need to justify every choice we make – that yes – we’re now free to make mistakes and we’re free to try new things.
For as it goes “some we win and some we lose”
It’s when we learn to laugh at our mistakes that we’ll view them as opportunities to learn – instead of as disasters to deny or defend.
It’s in our process of learning that we can fully trust, that God knows our heart – and yes – He knows that mistakes are part of the deal.
So sweet friends – we forgive ourselves, just as He forgives us.
The truth is – we’re going to stumble, and when we do – we’ll simply pick ourselves back up and we’ll keep moving on toward that glorious and wonderful goal He has set before us.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
