God knows us better than we know ourselves.
He knows our heart. He sees to our soul. He knows what kind of person we really are.   We’re broken, we’re scarred, we’re scared, we’re searching, we’re lost, we’re hopeless, we’re hopeful, we’re happy – we’re all something.
But most importantly, we’re all His children – His creation.   It’s how we live and how we treat others that will have a tremendous impact on the kind of life we live and lead.  Not a single one of us deserves to be treated poorly or unfairly.
We all deserve a chance.
When we give up on someone, we ultimately give up on ourselves and on our faith.  God commanded us to love and sharpen each other, and no, we cannot form a pattern in our life that involves turning our backs on the people that need us the most.
This is not what God wants of us – no sweet friends, we are to simply love one another, and yes, love them all – in spite of and never ever, because of.
