As we grow older we realize how important commitment becomes even in adversity – we’ve learned commitment cannot be fueled by head knowledge alone – it must also run by heart determination.
So yes – as we pick up our bible and as we read the story of Ruth and Naomi – we simply find – Ruth had nothing to give Naomi nor God other than herself, and of that she gave willingly and eagerly.
When thinking about it – we’ll find it’s the same for us today.
The truth is, whatever our circumstances and whatever our position – we have ourselves to give to Him, and yes, for Him that’s just what He needs to get the task done – and for us – it’s a glorious way to roll through life.
For we know that we know that we know – the truth.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period”
