This morning our family is waking up in the Smoky Mountains. It’s a much needed break for us all. It’s been a hectic wedding season, as well as, dealing life changing events.
However, in spite of the hurdles, we’ve made it through, and yes, it’s a new day.
As I sit here in the early morning hours reflecting, I can’t help but think about, how truly blessed, we truly are. So yes, before the kids get up and the televisions begin to play, my mind goes to Psalm 91, our triumphant song of faith, for yes, it’s comforting, and yes, so very real to me.
The truth is, our God, He’s our dwelling place, and yes, it’s under His wings we find refuge. And no, no matter what we go through, we have the choice as to whether or not, we want to hold on to our faith, which brings us back full circle to His perfect and glorious peace.
I don’t know about you, but me, when I make the faith choice, I come away with an overwhelming sense of awe, of His constant love, and yes, constant provision, and yes, that my friends, makes for an awesome, and yes, glorious day, for yes yes yes, we are loved by love Himself, and yes .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
