Anxiety, so many of us have experienced this beast in our lifetime. Some of us may experience it more often than others. No matter the frequency, when it comes, it can be an overwhelming fierce opponent to wrestle with, that yes, can and will pin us to the mat, if we allow it.
So yes, we need to loose ourselves from it’s hold or avoid the battle all together. I can tell you from experience, the way to do this, is to simply stop, and yes, go to God without doubt, tell Him what’s happening, and yes, tell Him what we need, then yes, simply thank Him for what He has done, what He is doing, and yes, what He will do.
The truth is, once we enlist His aide and leave the results to Him, He’ll send an unimaginable peace to stand guard over our mind where our thoughts begin, and yes, even over our heart, where our emotions live. So yes, when this beast begins to push at our thoughts, when a problem is on it’s way, we need to run to Him, we need to talk to Him, and yes, we need to begin to thank Him for everything and anything!
And no, the situation may not be resolved as we imagined, however, we will know, that yes, we’ve received the result He was looking for, and yes,we’ll be left with His peace, which yes, is a gift way beyond our understanding.
Bottom line. I say this over and over again, so please let it sink in .. we are loved by love Himself, He loves us more than our minds can fathom, and yes, it’s real, and yes sweet friends, yesterday, today and all the tomorrows to come .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
