Friends, we all want to continually move forward, however, we can’t if we’re still beating ourselves up about the past.

This is the same lesson that we’ve all learned, more than once.  We seem to get past one thing and we’re moving along, when,  bam! .. another memory of something we just haven’t let go of pops up in our mind.

When this happens, we need to pay attention, and yes, we need to stop, we need to take a look within, while yes, understanding the reality of the situation.

No amount of grieving can undo the past.

So yes, we repent, we forgive, and we move on. For us to even think we can earn our way back into God’s grace is simply prideful, however, to accept His undeserved forgiveness is faithful.

It’s when we make a bigger deal out of what we did, than yes, what Jesus did for us, that we’ll end up spending our lives burdened by fear and shame, and no, not one of us wants to live like that.

So yes, we believe and we trust that His sacrifice was enough.  We grab hold of His abundant grace, and yes, we make the joy of His strength our stronghold.

We do this in spite of it all, for yes, to operate in His strength is to choose His grace over our shame.

The truth is, we are loved by love Himself, He loves us big, and yes, because of His amazing love, we can know that we know that we know .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
