As we wake up this morning, we see this powerful image of Hurricane Dorian as it’s continuing to batter the beautiful Bahama Islands.  Many have stayed as this is their home.  They’re riding out one of the largest storms they’ve ever seen, so yes, we pray.

Our neighbors slightly to the east of us who experienced the devastation that Hurricane Michael left in his wake, know and understand the fears and emotions of what these people are going through this morning, so yes, we all pray.

We ask God to calm the wind and the waves of Dorian as she heads to our Florida coast, we ask Him to spare those in its path from harm, and yes, to help those who are in its way to reach safety, while all the while, opening our hearts in generosity to all who need help in the coming days.

As we join together, we stay mindful to remember, that yes, in all things and in all times, we can and will trust, that yes, even when life seems dark and stormy, He’s in the boat with us, guiding us to safety,

We are loved by love Himself.  He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes, through all the storms, through all the trials, and yes, through all the triumphs, we know that we know that we know .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people”                             1 Timothy 2:1
