Today we celebrate my precious husband – Bob (Pop Bob) Peebles!
He’s kind, gentle, loving, considerate, very funny and just simply – the best person I know. He would never hurt anyone or say anything mean – even if he thought it. He’s a kindhearted soul who deserves everything good that this life we live has to offer.
He loves the Lord and He loves me. I don’t deserve such love on most days – but yet – he puts up with me and loves me anyway.
I could go on and on about this wonderful kind and talented man – but I won’t – he doesn’t like that kind of attention. He’s simple – he loves his famly, and oh – how he loves our granddaughters. They bring him so much joy. When I watch them together – the kind and gentle way he reacts with them – well, it blesses me to no end.
His biggest trait in my eyes – He truly cares for my “well being” – those kind of people are few and far between.
So today on his birthday – we will do what he loves most – we’ll spend a nice quiet day and evening with our little family – no hooplah for Bob, for no – he just doesn’t like that kind of attention.
Happy Birthday Bob – we love you so much!
