It’s when we decide to take personal responsibility for our own life that things can and will begin to change.
It’s all about acceptance – we’re where we are right now simply because of our own doing, and no – we can’t blame anyone for our “situations” other than ourselves.
Everything we do, and every time we do it – involves a choice – so basically – we are what we choose.
Gratefully, our God – He’s here for us. He’ll provide all of the resources we need to choose the path He’s set before us.
However, the power of that choice is in our own hands.
What’s so incredible and exciting about this power is simple – when we choose what’s right we experience His tremendous blessing, and when we choose to lean on Him – we find strength.
That awesome strength that enables us to move through rough terrain.
Bottom line – when we don’t take responsibility for what happens in our own life, we’re allowing others to decide it for us, and yes, as we all know – they may not always have our best interests at heart.
By taking responsibility simply means – we’re giving ourselves the power to command – no one on earth should ever have this power. over us.
So off we go – we stay resolved and we stay focused on the fact that no matter what happens in a day, we’ll lean on Him, and we’ll overcome – for we know that we know that we know, when we follow His will and His ways – they’ll be no more rationalizing our wrongs – no more seeking to please others and no more looking for blame.
For now – we live a grateful life – let’s live it big!.
