We’re into our second big wedding weekend of the year.   Yesterday was a busy one.  Between setting up and dealing with rain, we were wet and back dry more than once, yet, as most wedding days go, it was all a success and everyone had a beautiful time.  Which in turn makes for a grateful heart.

So with that, I’m sitting here thinking about how keeping a grateful heart bring everything into perspective.

When we keep a grateful heart, we’re in touch with God’s movement in our world, and yes, where others complain about problems, we only see opportunities.

With our grateful heart we’re generous. We’re generous, simply because we know, that we know that we know, just how much we’ve been given, so yes, in turn, we live in complete and abundant joy.

The truth is, a grateful heart is cultivated.  We become what we practice.  When we say thank you to God and to other people, we establish transforming habits and thought patterns.  We begin to think like Jesus, and yes, always be able to move beyond fear and doubt, simply by turning our attention to Him.

Friends, we’re loved by love Himself, and yes, He loves us big.  So yes. it’s with grateful hearts we can say, over and over and over again .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right , whatever is pure,  whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things”   Philippians 4:8
