Anxiety Anyone?

Anxiety – it can be a real problem.  We’ve all faced it, and no, it’s not a glamorous one to face, nor is it one we even like to talk about.

It brings to light all that we don’t know or can’t ever know.

So yes, it’s become a quiet issue.  An issue that sinks its root deep into our hearts and minds, yet, rarely makes it to our lips. We don’t want to talk about it for fear we’ll look unfaithful to God, so instead, we let it grow wild into the darkness of our soul.

However, what we must remember is simple –  the enemy loves dark places, and yes, there’s no better place for him to enter to make us feel alone.  He wants us to feel like we can’t talk about what we’re going through, because no one can really understand.

Well, I’m here to tell you, that yes, this is a great big fat lie.  There are people who understand, and yes,. who want to listen.

The ones who dismiss us are only fearful themselves, for the truth is, we’re all free to shed light on our struggles. When we do the darkness is stopped dead in its track.

We’re made to talk to one another, to share each others burdens, and yes, to encourage each other daily, while yes, serving each another in love – that sweet sweet Jesus kind of love.

We are loved by love Himself.   He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period
