In order to learn to be responsible – we need to have consequences when we cross boundary lines. Otherwise, we may come to the conclusion that we are victims in life who have no choice about how we treat others – or allow others to treat us.
So yes – hopefully early on we’ve been taught – or yes – self taught through time and experience – to begin doing things without being told – to take ownership of our feelings, our attitudes, our behaviors, and yes – our choices.
We learn about reality through consequences – and yes – we have a sense of accomplishment when we’ve worked at something – when we’ve grown through our successes and failures – and – when we’ve learned that honesty will absolutely cause us much less pain in life.
The struggle is real, and friends – so is God.
So yes, we get up to this brand new day – we understand the world is round and where we are right now – may seem like the end – yet – it may just be the beginning.
We are loved by love Himself. Heloves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
