Big Love Kind of Day

Just as storms brew over the gulf in an instant, so do the storms in our lives – we’ve all had our share.

Some have been brief afternoon showers, while others have been caused by tensions that have built up threatening our serenity and peace.  And then, we have those that burst into our lives suddenly – hitting hard and leaving in their wake damage and debris.

And yes, just like the disciples, we’ve cried out to the Lord, only later to wonder ourselves – why we had so little faith.

The truth is – He’s never promised a life free from storms, however,  He has promised to be with us in the midst of them. He has promised to bring us safely to the other side, and all we have to do – is believe in Him, while yes,  relying and trusting that His promises are indeed real.

We are loved by love Himself.  He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period
