It’s a proven fact, that yes, when we’re at our weakest, that’s when, the strength of Christ will shine through us.
In other words. When we can’t take it any longer, and yes, we’re totally fed up. When it’s become a little too much and we have nothing left. When we’re totally empty and we feel it’s beyond our capacity to deal any longer, that sweet friends, in that very moment in time, is yes, when His strength will be seen, and yes, we will shine.
It’s funny how until we get to that point, we actually rely on ourselves. Thinking that yes, we can handle it all. We can take care of any problem that arises, right by ourselves. However, it just doesn’t work that way.
It’s in the midst of the hurt and pain, that we find ourselves expecting Him to do something, we expect Him to heal us, restore us, and yes, save us from the situation we’re in, while all the while, actively waiting and expecting His mighty hand to move.
The truth is, expectant waiting can only happen when we exchange our feeble cliche’s for the authentic faith that engages Him with the full brunt of our emotion and pain, for yes, it’s then that our salvation can be seen. It’s then the healing begins.
We watched yesterday, through the pain and suffering of our dear Red Bar Family and community loss, how yes, His spirit shined brightly in the midst of it all.
It’s humbling to know that we live in a community that rises up when a neighbor is in need. We rise up, and yes, we keep moving. We give of ourselves in whatever way we can. We are God’s people, we have a sense of His brotherly love, and yes, we’re full of courage, and yes, we’re made strong.
Bottom line. We trust in the simple fact, that yes .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
