With changes happening daily during this time of uncertainty, we must continue to remain calm and focused.

This is not to say there’s no reason to be concerned, or that we should ignore the sound advice of medical professionals and public health experts. However,as we all know,  panic and fear are not from God. Calm and hope is the message He carries, and yes, it’s possible to respond to a crisis seriously and deliberately while maintaining an inner sense of calm and hope.

There are two forces within each of us – one that draws us toward Him and the other away from Him,   The one that draws us away from Him which is labeled the evil spirit – a gnawing anxiety, that saddens and sets up obstacles, while all the while, unsettling people by false reasons aimed at preventing their progress

We cannot lend stock to lies or rumors, or give in to panic, for yes, what we’re facing today is bad enough without adding to it.  So yes, we trust what medical experts tell us, and no, not those who fear peddler.

There is a reason why the enemy is called the “Prince of Lies.”

Panic, by confusing and frightening us,  pulls us away from the help God wants to give us.  It’s absolutely not coming from Him, no way, for yes, His spirit stirs up courage, strength, comfort, inspirations, and yes, tranquility.

So yes, we trust in the calm and hope we feel, for yes, this the voice to listen to.  We cannot and will no live in fear.

We are reminded of this fact, 365 times in the Bible, and yes sweet friends, we can take Him at His Word.

“I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.”   Psalm 34:4
