For our own survival, we must forgive.
Not for anyone else but for ourselves, and yes, it’s hard when we’ve been hurt, however, we can’t allow that hurt to control us, for no, nothing productive comes out of harboring anger or resentment.
The truth is, we’re the only ones damaged, for yes, most of the time everyone else moves on, and yes, we should too. The past is the past, and no, we can’t change it no matter how much we’d like to be able to do so.
So yes, we make amends the best we’re allowed to do, and then yes, we keep moving forward, while yes, running the race with endurance that God has set before us.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period
