Get Back Up

There was a time in my life when I had a plan for everything, and yes, everyone. This included my husband, my son, and yes, even my friends. Because of this nonsense I would find myself frustrated if things didn’t go the way “I” thought they should go.

I also wanted God to do things my way, and yes, with much time, much patience, much falling down, and yes, much getting back up, it’s with a grateful heart, that yes, I’ve simply found, He’s so much smarter than me.  So, I let go, and  yes, I let Him take the reign.

The truth is,  He wants us to place our trust in Him, and yes, in His great plan for our lives. And yes, it’s true, that  trust, it requires facing unanswered questions.  And no, in the moment we may not understand the “why”, yet later down the line, we’ll look back and discover, that yes,  all the while, He did in fact have our “best” interest in mind.

Be encouraged today.  Continue trusting Him even when things don’t make sense, for yes, it’s an awesome way to live, while all the while, experiencing His perfect peace.  That perfect peace, that does in fact surpass all understanding.

Dwell on this fact. We are loved by love Himself.  He loves us big, and yes, He loves us strong, and yes, we know that we know that we know .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
