I’ve personally been hit with some tough things in the last few weeks, plus some. And yes, I know we all have things hit us, and yes, just like me, we all want to keep things under control, but then, bamm!
It begins to overwhelm us and we begin to flounder and if we’re not careful, we can find ourselves in a negative state of mind.
When we find ourselves at this place, we must yes, stop and remind ourselves how amazing it is that God speaks to us, right when we are willing to listen. He spoke to me last night through a conversation with my son, followed by a television show.
When it was off, I laughed, got into the quietness of the night and allowed Him to give me the mindset I need to handle what I need to handle in a positive way
The truth is, negative thoughts can drag us into this wallowing pit of anguish and worthlessness where only He can bring us back on the top of a joyful mountain.
Negative thoughts may drag us to a pit, however, Jesus can place us on top of a Joyful mountain.
So yes, whatever we face today, we can know, that yes, God is indeed in control, and yes, He is only a “shout away” – so some on now, let’s get up, let’s get out, and yes, let’s get our shout on!
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period
