Today I am filled with gratitude – that relationship strengthening and building emotion that cuts to our very being.
The affirmation that there is good in the world – in spite of what the world says.
Don’t get me wrong, life will never be what we think is “perfect” – it will not ignore complaints, nor burdens, nor hassles.
However, it does encourage us to identify with the goodness in our life by simply being outside of ourselves – for we know that we know that we know, any good in us comes from God.
He’s blessed each and everyone of us with gifts big and small to help us achieve that goodness – so yes, today with humble and grateful hearts, we say thank you.
Thank you for loving us when we’re not lovable – thank you for forgiving us when we go the other way – thank you for supporting our loved ones – thank you for taking the time to listen to each and every one of our mumbled words each day.
Most of all – thank you Lord, for being you.
It’s truly incredible to know, that yes, each of us individually – are totally and awesomely made, and yes, absolutely perfect in His sight.
Reality – we are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period
