In the face of trouble our natural tendency is not to ask the right questions, no, our natural tendency is to complain.
Unfortunately griping to other people rarely helps solve our problems. Instead, it tends to drive people away. None of us want to hang around a person who has a self-pitying, pessimistic outlook on life.
However, when we just cant let it go, we need to pour our heart out to someone, for yes, if we let those disappointments pile up they’ll lead to discouragement, and yes, followed by despair.
God doesn’t want this to happen, for yes, it’s in His grace that He asks that we bring our heartaches to Him. He listens quietly with wisdom, for yes, He’d rather us empty our heart to Him than to keep that bitterness inside. When we complain to Him, we’re learning wisdom, simply because, He’s capable of doing something about what’s happening to us.
He’s never not offended by our discontent. He has the power to change us, He has the power to change our situation,and yes, He has the power to change both. He knows the facts, the future, and yes, exactly what needs to be done.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period.
