It takes a humble heart to admit a mistake. The problem usually arises when we’re challenged. Our first reaction normally is to defend and explain our position. We may even try to deny there is a problem.  However,  it’s so much easier, and yes, so much simpler to admit the mistake, than to keep resisting the truth.

We as people tend to forgive easily, and yes, even admire the one that is willing to admit their wrong .  So  yes, when we become those willing ones. those who look for ways to improve and move on,  those that trust God to honor our honesty, and yes, willingness to let go of our pride, it simply saves us all much time, and yes, much energy.

So yes, the next time we open our mouth to defend a decision we’ve made, we need to stop,  we need to get still, and yes, we need to trust God.

For yes, it’s then that He’ll reveal the truth in every situation. He does this simply because, He loves us way too much to let us wallow in our own selves, for yes, He is love, and yes .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period

In years past I’ve never placed the bible verse under the daily scripture in hope that everyone would take the time to look it up and read more.  Changing this has been on my heart for a few weeks.  I realize not everyone has the time or will to take it further.  I also realize how important it is for our spiritual growth to have His Word hidden in our heart, which in turn, guards us from those things that not only hurt us, but yes, that displeases Him.

It’s all about love, and yes, it’s ours to take, and yes, to use freely any time we want, and yes, any time we need.
