I have no words for the chaos – the murdering – nor the total destruction that is happening across this nation.
What I do know – this is not the answer.
A family and community are grieving the loss of their loved one and we’re tearing down the house.
There must be justice and we need to be a part of helping them find the justice this family, and yes, so many many families across the nation, so well deserve.
God is in control even when He’s silent. He sees the pain, He sees the hate, and yes, He sees the total injustice that His people have suffered through the years.
And yes, we have to trust that He can and He will – avenge and repay those who have so greatly taken His Word and His commandments – and ran them right through the mud.
Friends, God is at work in our life. He’s for us and not against us – even when we don’t recognize it or understand it.
So yes, it’s much easier and more profitable when we cooperate with Him – letting Him lead us and guide us in ways that will make a difference, while yes, bringing glory to His Name, the Name above all Names.
May our heavy hearts be comforted by His peaceful presence.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period
