It’s truly a burden to carry around a grudge when it’s so much easier to simply let it go .. haha .. for yes .. hanging on to a grudge tends to keep us in the past .. and friends .. I don’t know about you .. but me .. I want to keep moving forward in life .. I want the freedom that letting it go actually gives .. for yes .. the weight of a grudge will take a physical and emotional toll on our own well being .. it’s a terrible burden to think about the wrong others have done to us while not letting go of a victim mentality or that of self-righteousness .. haha .. yes .. grudges are ugly .. and yes .. it’s our choice as to whether we want to pick it up and wear it .. for the truth is .. absolutely no one can makes us carry that load .. and yes.. it’s when we allow ourselves to feel the hurt and let go of the burden .. that our core is strengthened .. and now .. we’ve opened the door for God’s love to flow .. and no .. not only to ourselves but to others as well .. haha .. yes friends .. we only have so much energy and hours in a day .. and no .. we’ll not spend any of that time nursing grudges .. simply because .. we know it’s a dead end proposition .. that’s right .. it’s an investment into something that only yields a negative return .. and yes .. it’s our choice as to whether we hold on to it or not .. bottom line .. we need to look that grudge we hold straight in the eye .. we need to feel what was hurtful about it .. and then yes .. LET IT GO .. haha .. for yes! .. it’s then that we’ll walk away lighter and freer than ever before .. for in reality .. there’s so many other things that He’s placed in front of us that need our strength and energy .. yes sweet friends .. again and again .. it’s comes down to a choice .. the choice to love others as well as ourselves .. in spite of and not because of .. for yes .. always and forever .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
