We all have problems, and yes – many times rather than facing them head on, we tend to sweep them under the “proverbial” rug – or better yet – bury them deep in the sand.
However – this is where they can really take hold of our minds and hearts.
We hide our pain for years and years – and then when they pop up out of knowhere – we’re surprised – and then – hurt all over again.
The truth is – it’s when and only when – we bring the hurt and sting to light that we are able to heal, find restoration and full relief.
We know that we know that we know – God heals all wounds in time – yet, until we speak and address them – healing properly is hard to come.
Trust me – I know this personally to be truth.
So yes, on this glorious new day – let’s work with Him – to deal with those wounds that pop up in our mind today.
