Thinking this morning on getting right with God .. haha .. and yes .. how we’ve all heard .. told someone .. or yes .. have been told ourselves .. that yes .. this is what we need to do .. haha .. and yes .. it”s true .. however .. what we really need to understand is simple .. there are times when smart people do dumb things .. when wise people do foolish things .. and yes .. when Godly people do sinful things .. and yes .. for some of us those things are a big dark ugly past .. while yes .. for some of us .. it’s a secret we’ve never told that we hold deep within our soul .. and yes .. the thought of saying it out loud .. totally overwhelms us .. oh but friends .. what we also really need to understand is .. no matter how we’ve messed up .. the one thing we all have in common is the fact .. that yes .. we’ve all made mistakes .. no respecter of person on this one .. haha .. so yes .. mistakes will be made .. and yes .. to keep it right .. haha .. we need to be mindful to keep it in the light .. and no .. we cannot allow fear to stop us from doing so .. for yes .. it’s when we get past the fear .. and yes .. step our in faith while seeking forgiveness .. that yes .. peace follows .. and yes .. makes the whole process so well worth the pain and shame we’ve carried with it .. for yes sweet friends .. the truth is .. He wants to use us .. He wants to use the most sinful thing we’ve ever done .. to yes .. make us a trophy of His grace .. and yes .. He’ll use all of our past .. our present .. and yes .. all our future mistakes to do so .. iIF .. we let Him .. haha .. and no .. this is not a pass to throw .. no way .. it’s a simple steady reminder .. that yes .. we serve a God who doesn’t condone our behavior .. however .. He does understand that we’re human .. and yes .. we struggle with walking that straight and narrow .. haha .. so yes .. out of His great love for each of us .. He forgives us .. and yes .. He takes us at our very worst life moments and claims them for Himself .. for simply .. He is love .. and yes .. He loves us big .. and yes .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
