As humans, we simply can’t comprehend the brilliance of God. It’s true. Thousands and thousands of years ago, people actually considered the sun as a god. This glowing orb in the sky, lighting the entire world from the moment it arises until the last ray goes down. It’s glory made them believe it was indeed divine, for yes, it certainly must have a will and a purpose, and yes, be of power. Otherwise, there would be no reason for it to exist.
They couldn’t imagine anything more powerful than this ball of fire that gives life to the world. They could not imagine a power so boundless, that yes, it could simply speak this huge light into being.
However, God, He doesn’t really want to light the world as much as He wants to be the light within us. He wants our faces to reflect His light, so that yes, His ways may be known around the world.
Think about it. The sun only reaches so far, then the night comes. But yet, His light in us can shine twenty four seven. It’s the light of His love, and yes, we know in our deepest being that He is love, and yes, it’s His love that keeps us moving, and yes, that glorious light shining.
So yes, again and again and again .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
