So many days with so many things to do – trying our best to keep it real while working and having a little fun mixed in. October is our busiest month with so many work and personal events – not to mention the unexpected thrown in.
So yes, we liit ourselves to what we can physically and mentally manage, while yes, understanding that every single day – the enemy is going to throw some kind of something out in front of us with the sole intent to upset us.
He’ll use silly things like losing our keys or getting behind a driver going 30 in a 55 mph zone – we get mad and we don’t act nice for at that moment – we’ve forgotten all about the “love”
However, what we must also remember in any situation that we face – we have the choice to be at peace, and yes, in total control.
God doesn’t create difficult situations for us, but He sure can use them to develop our character. In reality, when we take our mind off ourselves and off our circumstances while putting our focus on Him while loving others – we’re now embracing an attitude that brings Him honor.
We know that no matter what happens in our life, He’s absolutely working everything out for good.
So yes, in trusting this truth – we get up each morning with our mind set on Him, while yes, soaking up all the peace and joy we need to love others in a way that’s only possible through knowing Him.
We are loved by love Himself. He Loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
