With every single changing day comes victory.
While we watch as our community complies and binds together to make a bad situation more bearable and manageable, we realize the power of God’s Word. It’s embedded in most of us – even when we don’t know it, for yes, the root of it all is love.
Love one another in spite of and never because of – lift one another up with encouragement regardless of the state we are in – we all need each other, for yes, together we will get through this time. None of us are an island to ourselves – we’re simply not made that way.
There was a time in my life that was dark – we’ve all had those times and none of them differ when we hurt. I keep repeating and suggesting to read daily and memorize Psalm 91 – I do this with great knowledge of the peace it brings.
It’s the triumphant song of faith. In it we learn that God is our dwelling place, and yes, it’s under His wings that we find refuge even in the midst of all that surrounds us. We all face dangers and heartaches, that’s life. Yet in the midst of the difficulties we face we can be absolutely certain that we are not left alone to deal with them, for yes, His faithfulness is our constant shield. We are covered by the shadow of the Almighty.
And yes, it’s our choice whether to grab hold of these unchanging promises. When we do, we put ourselves under His care, and yes, under His care – brings the overwhelming sense of awe and wonder to our very souls, and yes sweet friends, this makes for an awesome way to roll through the day.
We are loved by love Himself. He love us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period
