We’ve all heard, told someone, or yes, have even been told ourselves, “you need to get right with God” , haha, and yes,  it’s true, we all do.  However, what we need to understand is simply, sometime smart people do dumb things, wise people do foolish things, and yes, Godly people do sinful things.  And yes, for some of us, it may be a big dark ugly past, or yes, a secret we’ve never told anyone. It could be anything, and yes, the thought of saying it out loud totally overwhelms us.  But again, what we need to understand is, regardless of how we’ve messed up, the one thing we all share in common, is that yes, we’ve all made mistakes, for yes,  His Word tells us plain and simple, “ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God”.
So, with this being the case, we need to look at just how we can get right with Him after we’ve done something completely wrong.  Fortunately, it’s an easy task, if we allow it to be. The truth is, all He wants us to do is come clean with Him, to be honest and open about our mistakes, and then yes, get them out into the light. And yes, I one hundred percent understand, it’s usually fear that stops us from doing this. However, it’s when we get past that fear, while stepping out in faith, asking for His forgiveness, that yes, the peace that follows is so so, very well worth it.
Friends, we can trust that with Him, the ending of our story will be good. For yes, when we own our part in our own mistake, it’s then that we’re able to truly accept His forgiveness and cleansing. We have to believe that we’re accepted, forgiven, and yes, loved.  And no, this is not always easy, however, it’s necessary simply because, He wants to use us. He want to take and use the most difficult, and yes, the most sinful thing we’ve ever done, to yes, make us a trophy of His grace. I know it sounds crazy, but also know it to be true.  He’ll use all of our past, along with our present, and yes, our future mistakes to glorify Him, IF we let Him.
No, this is not a pass to throw down, only a steady reminder, that yes, we serve a God who does not condone our bad behavior, however, He does understand that we’re only human, and yes, that we struggle with walking that straight and narrow line.  So yes, out of His love for us, He forgives us, and yes, He takes our very worst “life moments” and claims them for Himself.
I don’t know about you, but as far as I can see,  it just doesn’t get any better than that, for yes yes yes,  we are loved by love Himself, and yes, always and forever .. haha  oh yeah .. love wins period
Godspeed Sweet Friends
