Sometimes it’s better to see our everyday lives through the eyes of someone else in order to gain back perspective.
So yes, we ask God to show us, and yes, help us filter our lives and situations through His eyes. When we think we’re almost spiritually mature, God shows us how He sees us, and yes, it’s then we realize, none of us are spiritually mature at all.
However, everyday we can come a step closer to the goal of becoming mighty for Him.
Sadly, we as humans always want to do things our way. We leave no space for other peoples thoughts, ideas or opinions. Not even His.
This is not an attribute of humility, and truth is, God can only work mighty within us if we’re humble.
Simply meaning, we cannot be proud nor can we be arrogant.
After all, we’re created in His image, and yes, He is love. He is gentle and kind, yet mighty and strong. Through Him we find peace. A peace that fills our souls like nothing on earth can do.
When we’re down, he’ll lift us up, when we feel we can’t take another step, He’ll carry us.
His love is amazing. It’s the real deal. And yes, once we experience it, we’ll always and forever know, that we know that we know, that yes .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
