I feel extremely blessed to be part of of team of people with the same mindset – “to serve and love in the business of love”
Together as a team we’ve grown to know one another – and yes – love one another, while all the while, each person giving value to the next – it;s very rewarding and encouraging as an owner to know that your people truly do care.
The truth is – being a team player is central to success at any level – it’s the very essence of mateship – a group of individuals caring for each other and working together in harmony.
Alexander the Great once quoted – “Remember upon the conduct of each depends the fate of all”
It’s true – one bad apple can spoil the whole basket and turn it upside down. God didn’t make us anything but good, strong and able – we just need to pay attention to His Words and His calling on our lives – we all have one.
Bottom line – even if we are the leader- we must be part of the team – and friends – His team is the winning team.
