We just finished up with a big wedding season – as most of you know our family owns a catering and event planning company – we have grayt team, and it goes without saying – we are very proud of each of them.
Some may think of work as a necessary evil – just a way to put food on the table – however – TeamGBC knows the reality of what work really is – it’s a gift from God.
Knowing that He is present and active in our work transforms even the most routine task into an eternally important venture.
So yes – we enjoy the fruit of your labor – we know work is not simply about making a living – but – that making a living is an important part of work.
Income enables us to provide for our families, save for the future, and share with others.
We also know, that no – no one can flourish alone – co-workers, even those of us who are harder to love than the next – share the burden of work – for yes sweet friends, each and every one of us has unique gifts and abilities to apply to the task at hand – no matter what that task may be.
And yes – it’s with full hearts that we can stop at some point each day, take that moment – say a prayer for our team and their families – while yes – giving thanks that God has brought them into our life – no matter where we are or what we’re doing.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
