Our community again, wakes up to the death of one of our much loved locals, Chick Binford.
It was a tragic accident, with no one to blame, but yet, hurt knows no boundaries.
Sadly, the other side, the one who lived, he will never forget this day, as yes, it will continually haunt his mind and soul.
And yes, we as a community will love him and lift him up, for this is what we know to do.
We can all be grateful to know this morning that there’s more to life than this world. Jesus promised to gather all who trusted Him info an eternal paradise. There will be no more tears or suffering or death in that place.
We can, and yes, we will rest our hope on His unshakable promise, for by doing so will transform the way we grieve.
None of this for either side will be easy, so yes, we will fervently pray for the family and loves ones of the man now gone, while yes, fervently praying for the man who still stands.
It’s heartbreaking for all, and yes, we’ll do our part to love and help, wherever and whenever we’re needed.
The truth is, in spite of this tragedy, in spite of this sad day., and yes, in spite of the emotions that are running rampant. We’ll get through this time, for we know that we know that we know, we are loved by love Himself, and yes, today a man is now “standing tall and whole”, and yes, he’s in His very presence, and yes, this can bring an unshakable comfort for us all.
So now, we get up, we get out, and yes, we love like Jesus, we love everyone who crosses our path with His strong and mighty love, for we know that we know that we know, without a shadow of doubt, that yes, when it’s all said and done .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period.
