We all put trust in people that we admire and love – even in some we know we can’t trust.
Yet, our hearts want to believe that this time we can – however, what we must remember with trust in people – it should never be connected to a pedestal – we’ll find ourselves putting them there because we think they’re special, you know – different than most.
This can be the fastest way to be disappointed and even let down. The truth is – there is only One that we can put our full wholehearted trust in and that is God – we can trust Him with anything and everything – He’ll never let us down, simply because – He’s the Only One who is the same yesterday, today and forever.
He doesn’t move nor does He change – we can count on Him for everything.
It’s that simple, for we as people – will let each other down. But not Him, no way – when man won’t forgive, He always forgives – when we mess up, He picks us up and encourages us to try again, again, and yes – over and over again.
This is just a minuscule of the awesome love He has for us. Friends, the bottom line is simple – we’re never alone with Love on our side.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period.
