Wanting what’s best for another’s well being – this is true love.
Humility cannot be gained by looking inward – we cannot say that we are bad, lowly or unworthy. If we look inwards to gain humility – we will simply gain self-hate and false humility.
To obtain true humility – we must look outwards – we have to look at the people around us – we must see that each individual person has purpose and meaning. They are incredibly valuable – because they are human.
We also have to look at the world around us – there is so much going on that we have no control over.
The truth is – we are small specks in a massive universe – and we are part of something much bigger than ourselves.
So yes, we stay Humble, we stay Kind, we stay Trustworthy and we remain Grateful at all times – we do this whether we are in easy days or whether we are in challenging days.
Because friends – we’re going to have both.
Bottom line – we know that we know that we know – this is the mindset that truly keeps us free – free from the love of the world to the love of those around us.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period”
