A thankful heart embraces what God has given to us and has done for us.
It’s being able to look at how He’s using us instead of focusing on other “not so important” issues.
Being grateful includes giving thanks for how He’s made us.
The truth is, He has something wonderful in mind for each of us – something that no one else can do quite as well.So yes, we need to put away our false perceptions and begin working for Him – while taking the tremendous freedom to be all we are in Him and simply being ourselves.
A thankful heart gives us the ability to love life, to love others, and yes, to love ourselves.
