So many of you, so graciously have shown me much kindness throughout the years, and you did this – even when I didn’t deserve it.

With a humble heart I say – thank you.

It’s when I really sit and think about it like I’m doing right now, that yes – my heart feels so full, that it may just bust wide open.

Kindness: “the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate”

It’s easy to be kind and do nice things for the people we get along with, or yes – with those we don’t even know.

Oh, but those who are downright mean or simply just get on our nerves – it’s not always so easy to be nice to them.
We talk about this all the time, however, thinking on Jesus – this is exactly the kind of kindness He taught about.

Loving our enemies simply makes no sense – but then again, neither does God’s loving kindness to each and every one of us.

The truth is – true kindness is impossible unless we allow Him to do a work within – to help us understand, it’s really not just about us.

So yes, as we move through this week, let’s stay mindful to act in “true” kindness in all that we do, and yes, in all that we say.

Humbling walking through our days doing all we can to make a difference in all that we do – to love in spite of and never because of.

Simply looking outward and listening upward – He places the truth in our heart – all we have to do is listen to His beat.

While all the while, remembering all things are possible with God, and no – He’ll never expect us to do it alone.

Friends – we are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period

“But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because He is kind to the ungrateful and wicked” Luke 6:35
