I am grateful for many things in my life .. even the things I don’t feel grateful for at all .. but somehow .. they seem to fit into the way life is going .. so .. I try .. to make the choice to be grateful for them .. and then .. simply trust .. God is going to use them for good .. haha .. and .. He always does .. but it’s when .. I really start thinking about all the things I’m grateful for .. of course and without question .. I find .. I’m grateful for my salvation .. my family .. and .. my friends .. but I also find .. I’m truly grateful for tears and laughter .. that’s right .. for .. as most of you that know me .. know .. I’ll cry .. I’ll talk about something sentimental .. or .. something sad .. or .. even something happy .. and .. I cry .. I don’t have a problem with it .. actually .. I think it’s awesome that He’s equipped us with such an easy way to express our emotions .. those quick tears to relieve a sudden hurt .. or .. when we’re so touched we can barely speak .. or .. those tears we shed when faced with deep sorrows .. those tears that help wash away the very grief our crying demonstrates .. oh friends .. when we really think about this .. we realize .. just how much .. He loves us .. for we are the only living beings who have this ability .. so .. just as Jesus wept .. we weep .. the tears we shed are a testimony to Him .. for we are .. His sons and daughters .. it’s that simple .. and me .. I’m grateful for those tears .. as .. I use them as often as possible .. haha .. now .. let’s talk about laughter .. oh yes .. I’m also grateful for laughter .. and .. for all the peeps I know who bring it about .. you know .. the ones who make us see the funny side of things .. they are a Godsend for sure .. think about it .. we live is a world full of anguish and pain .. some days life itself .. can be awful grim .. but our Lord .. in His vast understanding of things .. gave us laughter to help us forget .. to restore our wounded spirits .. to brighten our journey .. and .. to lighten the load .. just as He saved tears for us .. He also blessed us with laughter .. friends .. this is His nature .. a nature kin to our own .. for remember .. we are made in His image .. and the bottom line .. we are free .. to sit down and cry ourselves .. right on into laughter .. anytime we have the want or the need .. for this my friends .. seems to be the order in which it comes .. haha .. oh yeah people .. Love Wins Period
