We’ve all had days when life just doesn’t seem to be going our way.

Personally, I’ve had long seasons of life where I felt like nothing was working and everything was out of whack, and yes – I’ve had frustrating days where I just can’t seem to get anything accomplished.

Yesterday was one of those days.

Struggles in life are inevitable, however, destruction is optional – although we can’t always control what happens to us, we can control how we choose to respond.

It’s in the moments when we choose to stop doing what we’re doing and give thanks to God for the good in our lives, that yes, the downs seem to be totally insignificant.

So we choose to keep a positive attitude, along with a thankful heart, regardless of what we’re going through, while all the while, staying mindful that our struggles always lead to strength.

Every difficult situation, whether big or small, is something that He’ll use to produce more strength, faith and perseverance in each of us – If we let Him.

The truth is, all pain has a purpose, and His timing is perfect, and yes, most of the time we find, that His plans are different from our plans.

So we stop, we stand still, we stay patient, and we wait for His plan rather than forcing our own.

Simply put. God will never leave us nor forsake us. When we feel like we’re all alone in the struggle, we simply remind ourselves, that from the very moment we stepped into His family He’s been here for us and He always will be – till the end of time.

So no – we never lose hope.

We are loved by love Himself, He loves us big and loves us strong, and yes – love wins period.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6
