We wake up in the morning .. we have a million thoughts running through our head .. so .. we jump up .. we get our coffee going .. for now .. we’re ready to tackle the day .. but wait .. maybe .. just maybe .. we’re moving a little too fast .. oh yes .. I know .. we’re used to it .. for .. we live in a world with noise .. and some days .. a whole lot of it .. so .. we stop .. we sit down in a nice quiet space .. and .. give ourselves a minute .. haha .. yes .. noise .. it’s everywhere .. and .. we all contribute to it .. with our laughter .. talking .. TV watching .. and so on .. but it’s in the silence each morning .. as we find our quiet space .. that we can hear the Word flooding our mind .. “Be still and know that I am God” .. that’s right .. for He .. Himself knew .. how hard it is to be still .. yes friends .. all the activity and noise we experience .. can in fact .. make our our lives wonderful .. but .. at times .. it can .. and will .. make our lives feel .. totally overwhelming .. for .. it’s in the midst of our crazy full lives .. that we need to create the space to slow down .. to take a few minutes .. just to listen .. and .. to be with Him .. for .. it’s in His presence .. He loves us .. He fills us .. and .. He revives us .. that’s right .. we’re now able to simply relax .. while letting go of everything that’s upon us .. simply because .. He is present .. and friends .. in His presence .. nothing really matters .. for .. all things are in His hands .. no more tension .. no more anxiety .. no more worry .. and .. haha .. no more frustration .. for .. they simply melt away before Him .. so .. what we now find .. is simply .. if we want to listen and love like Jesus .. that means .. we have to stop and listen to Him .. yes .. it’s when we allow Him to fill us .. He can love and listen through us .. and friends .. this life .. haha .. it just doesn’t get any better than that .. oh yeah people .. Love Wins Period
