We hear it all the time – “karma will get you” – and yes it will – however, “grace” it’s gonna get us first.
The truth is – when we make a mistake – we can be and usually are, the ones who are hardest on ourselves. We let the negative self-talk start spinning out of control. We can actually convince ourselves that we are failing – but friends – this couldn’t be anything farther from the truth.
So yes – it’s time we start building ourselves up, so that no, we no longer fall for these lies.
This starts with Jesus, and the reality in Him is – He sees beyond any faults that we see in ourselves. He wants us to grant ourselves grace – that same incredible grace He gives us.
For you see – when we know our worth and who we truly are – we can stand firm and we can stand against that negative self-talk. When those lies pop up in front of us – God Himself tells us that we are beautiful – inside and out.
We are one of a kind and a treasure to Him – for yes – He value us – we are created in His image.
It’s when we remember these truths, that yes – we can choose to live in His light – we can choose how we react to things out of our control – and when the negative comes – we can ask Him to take those thoughts out of our head – and then watch.
Friends, it’s in His grace that He will shine light into the darkness – leaving us with a smile so bright – that absolutely leaves – no room for the dark clouds to play.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
