Friends .. it’s good for us to understand the difference between joy and happiness .. because the truth is .. they’re totally like night and day .. haha .. that’s right .. think about it .. happiness comes and goes .. it’s not something we can cling to when we’re facing trials and heartaches .. haha .. no way .. but on the other hand .. joy .. ahh yes .. it can stay with us for the long haul .. it fills our heart and soul with peace .. simply because .. real joy comes from God .. haha .. and yes .. for the Believer .. it’s like a bottomless well .. an abundant supply right at our fingertips .. for yes .. even in the darkest days .. when sadness .. grief .. and .. loss .. may threaten to overwhelm us .. His remarkable joy is there .. and friends .. this joy .. it simply can’t be taken from us .. even when we think it’s gone .. it’s not .. haha .. no friends .. we’re promised His joy .. it’s written in His Word .. so that means .. it’s the Gospel .. haha .. so .. yes sweet friends .. with His truth in hand .. we get ourselves up .. we let go of the negative mindset .. that’s right .. and yes .. we grab hold of His joy .. for friends .. His joy .. it’s free and it’s a gift .. and all we have to do is reach out and accept it .. grab it and hang on to it like a lifeline .. for .. no matter what happens .. we can always choose joy over bitterness and anger .. and yes .. we can make this choice .. every minute of every day .. in spite of .. the trials and heartaches we may be facing .. for yes yes yes .. we’re standing on His promises .. and yes .. we’re claiming His truth .. for simply we know and we trust .. He’s gonna see us all through .. haha .. oh yeah .. Love Wins Period
